$215.00 per night Single or Double Occupancy. 
$30.00 additional per person for triple and quad occupancies.
Rates are subject to state and local taxes of 15.7% plus a 2.3% Seattle Tourism Improvement Area tax.
The rates include a $15.00 per night assessment to offset convention costs.

Cancellation Policy
Hotel standard cancellation policy: Cancel by midnight PST, fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, to avoid late cancellation fee equal to one night room and tax.

Convention Center Transportation
Since the Seattle Convention Center | Summit Building is so close to The Westin Seattle Hotel, shuttle transportation between the two locations will not be provided. Walking directions to and from the Convention Center will be provided to all attendees. If you have questions regarding transportation, please contact us at [email protected].

New Passport and Real ID Rules for 2025

Real ID: Starting May 7, 2025, all domestic air travelers in the U.S. must have a Real ID-compliant driver’s license or another acceptable form of identification, such as a passport, to board flights. Each state’s driver’s licensing agency website provides details on the required documentation, which may vary by state.

Online Passport Renewal: As of September 2024, the Department of State has fully implemented its online passport renewal system. Travelers can now renew their passports through a secure online process, eliminating the need to mail paper applications and checks. Applicants must meet specific requirements, which are listed on the official website.
Digital ID Integration: Major airlines and border agencies are adopting digital travel credentials, allowing passengers to use mobile-based IDs for check-ins and security screenings. This promises faster processing times, though the adoption rate may vary by region, potentially creating a fragmented system for travelers.
Electronic Travel Authorizations for the U.K.: Starting January 8, 2025, non-Europeans will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to travel to the U.K. An ETA is a digital permission to travel, not a visa. It costs £10, allows multiple journeys, and is valid for 2 years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. ETAs are digitally linked to the traveler’s passport and permit stays of up to 6 months.
ETIAS: The European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) is an upcoming electronic authorization system for visa-exempt visitors from 60 countries, including the U.S., traveling to the Schengen Area and Cyprus. Travelers will need to complete an online application, provide personal details, and pay a €7 fee. The start date for ETIAS has not yet been announced but is expected n 2025.
