All sponsors will be promoted on Conference signage and in show literature and the Event Mobile App! NAMTA exhibitors rate these opportunities a 4.1 out of 5.

Mobile App 

TheTripBuilder Event Mobile App is a show favorite of attendees who use the popular app constantly – both before and during the conference and trade show – to create their personalized “My Show” lists, view detailed conference information, see who is exhibiting and enjoy the best that Salt Lake City has to offer thanks to TripBuilder’s award-winning city content. All App sponsors will be featured on rotating banner ads, have a landing page, direct link back to their website, be given a daily alert sent to all attendees, an enhanced exhibitor listing and have their logo on show signage. Co-sponsorships are just $1,000.

Tote Bags - Sold
The ever popular tote bag will return to NAMTA's Art Materials World 2017. Put your company name on the item every buyer at the show will be carrying – both on the show floor and off for $5,000. An opportunity with longevity, buyers use these totes long after the Trade Show.

Charging Station
Your customers will be thanking you for this sponsorship which will be centrally located at the Houston show with the New Product Showcases. Whether it's their iPhone, Droid or iPad everyone will get a charge out of this sponsorship which is available for $3,500. Sponsors will be permitted to place promotional items at the station. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own promotional items.

Lanyards for Badge Holders - Sold
Want your company’s logo to really stand out? Take advantage of this opportunity to put your company’s name around the neck of every NAMTA buyer. The NAMTA Badge Holder Lanyard sponsorship is an imprint opportunity with shelf life. You’ll not only see it at future NAMTA shows, but at other trade shows as well. Only one sponsor logo will be permitted on Badge Holder Lanyards at a cost of $3,000. Imprinted Badge Holder Lanyards will be distributed to all NAMTA buyers.

Aisle Signs

No one will ever ask where your booth is located on the show floor! Imagine your logo on Aisle Signs, guiding buyers right to you. Each aisle at NAMTA's Art Materials World 2017 will be marked by one banner. Your logo can be added for $550. This opportunity is limited to 12 aisles so act now to ensure your aisle is available. Sponsorships will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Snack Break on the Trade Show Floor
Provide the buyers on the floor with a treat. Breaks will be set in the NAMTA Booth. Sponsors may distribute promotional items and literature in the booth during the break. All breaks are based on 200 people and may be increased in increments of 200 people.

Art Materials World Networking Events
Sponsor one of the three networking receptions at Art Materials World or create your own by hosting a break on the trade show floor.

Welcome Reception - NEW!!! - Sold

The General Session has been stepped up a couple of notches! Enjoy complimentary beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres as you say hello to friends old and new as we open up Art Materials World 2017. There will be a short presentation of the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards. Sponsorships are available at a cost of $1,500 each. Sponsors may distribute promotional items and literature at the reception and are responsible for providing their own promotional items.

President’s Reception
Be a co-sponsor at the best attended social event of the convention, the NAMTA President’s Welcome Reception! The reception will be held at a venue - to-be-announced - in Salt Lake City and is the social event of the year in the art materials industry. Sponsorships are available at a cost of $1,500 each. Sponsors may distribute promotional items and literature at the reception and are responsible for providing their own promotional items.
 
Next Generation Reception
Support the next generation of the industry by sponsoring this networking reception for those 45 and under. Reception sponsors may distribute promotional items and literature and are responsible for providing their own promotional items. $1,500

Official 2017 Convention Directory - Fahy-Williams Publishing Advertising Information & Rates
Now you can enhance your exposure to buyers at Art Materials World with an advertisement in the 2017 Show Directory. 
Fahy-Williams Publishing, publishers of Art Materials Retailer magazine, has been contracted by NAMTA to produce the directory. They promise a colorful, expanded program book that’s specifically designed to showcase exhibitors and their products. It will be exciting and efficient in an easy-to-follow format, and include information that buyers can refer to long after the show is over. Best of all, the directory will be available in two versions: digital and printed. For one price, your ad will appear in both! Plus, in the digital version (to be posted on NAMTA’s website) they will link your ad to a landing page of your choice.

New Product and New Kids’ Product Showcase  GO TO FORM
Don’t miss this chance to show off your newest products! Enter your products for the New Product and New Kids’ Product Showcases and a complete product description will appear in the Conference Directory, the Mobile App and other NAMTA publications*. Your products will also be placed in prominently displayed showcases at the Conference, and judged in the Best New Product and Best New Kids’ Product categories. There is a $100 per product charge to enter your product into the showcases. For an additional $150 per product your product will be displayed on the New Product Page of the NAMTA website for three months.
 
Exclusive Show Specials  GO TO FORM
Attract buyers to your booth with special incentives for NAMTA's Art Materials World 2017 attendees! Your Exclusive Show Specials will be publicized in the Conference Directory, the Mobile App and other NAMTA publications*. Many buyers use this list to decide which suppliers they’ll visit first. All exhibitors will be automatically entered in judging for your product’s innovative packaging or POP display! The winners will be announced on the Show Floor and get extra attention in an issue of the e-Newsletter.

Mailing Lists
Let buyers know you’re going to be at Art Materials World 2017! NAMTA automatically sends a free mailing list of buyer members to all exhibitors. A post-show mailing list of all buyers will also be sent to exhibitors.
